Love What You Do

When we talk about a chef, the pictures in our minds are always the glamour of his end products – the delicious food. We often missed out all the hard works in the background that will lead up to him performing in that magical place known as the kitchen. In the back lane of Clarke Quay, this chef tediously snipped the stems off a big box of dried chilli. I wondered if this is what he does on a daily basis, among other ingredients? Such is the fact behind every job. There’re much preparatory and ground works to be done before the actual delivery. Loving them will testify that you really love what you do.
